By applying, you confirm that your submitted details are accurate, that you have the right to perform the material you submit, and that the Live & Direct team may contact you about your application. Selection is not guaranteed. Final performance arrangements, filming permissions and release approvals will be confirmed before recording.

Production permissions: if selected, you give Live & Direct and its production partners permission to film, photograph and record your performance; edit the resulting material; and publish, promote and distribute the finished episode and related clips on YouTube, social media, websites and other Live & Direct promotional channels. You confirm that you own or have permission to perform and record the music, lyrics, composition and backing track/material you provide, and that their use for the performance will not knowingly infringe another person's rights. You also permit the use of your stage name, image, voice and likeness in connection with the episode and its promotion. If the performer is under 18, the application and these permissions must be authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

Under-18 applications: where the performer is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the guardian section, provide their contact details, and confirm that they authorise both the application and the production permissions above.

Selected applicants must confirm their recording slot, arrive on time and bring the correct performance material or backing track. Live & Direct may reschedule or decline a slot where the submitted material, availability or production requirements are not suitable.
